Packers Crowd Huge Screen Patriotic American Flag

At first I thought it was rather a coincidence that all color coordinated their shirts Lambeau enough to make this possible. Then it occurred to me that everything Packers green and gold would probably be a Jamaican flag instead, and they actually keep the red flags, white and blue that had been left in their seats.

This seems to rarely impress me, and I realized today, because there are too many fans among those who either have their place, or do not care enough to participate. It is not a problem in a place like Green Bay, where I guess I love America, second only to love working Aaron Rodgers (notes) and the Packers.

Sparks has done a great job with the anthem, much better than the last time you sang the song during an NFL game (cough, Christina Aguilera, cough). But in my opinion, the best part of the festivities was the sight of four F-16 immediately after the conclusion of the song. Overflights of military aircraft still get goose bumps, but was even more special, perfectly synchronized by the Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin National Guard 115th air.
