Where Then Are: See Emma Stone Imperfect-but-sweet Song Contest 2004 VH1 Show
Emma Stone can be everywhere at the moment, with his roles in "Crazy, Stupid Love" and "help" both currently in theaters, but in 2004 was only 16 years a brave attempt to do in the world the show. Jezebel found a gem of an old clip of Emma, or should I say "Emily," as she was introduced at the moment: her audition for a comedy called "The New Partridge Family," which was aired on VH1 in 2004 but was canceled after the pilot was filmed.
While his singing (the karaoke favorite Pat Benatar "We Belong") is not perfect here, the charm and good humor that drive the first strand is fully in evidence, and in fact, she won the role has been sought in this audience (which would be transmitted, and "In Search of The Partridge Family").

We will never know what would have happened if the program is up and it was a success (although in the current TV climate, at least, it is difficult to imagine). Perhaps Emma off the charts of sympathy alone would have made the big show. Anyway, this blast from the past is a proof that Emily "Emma" Stone has always been special:
